House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Pets are allowed subject to a pet contract. Smoking and alcohol are allowed. Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specified hours; guests should keep noise mild and within the villa. Extra guests are subject to the bedroom-specific arrangements and the home's maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Events and shoots require the home owner's approval; additional charges or a refundable deposit may apply, and pool access for events requires approval.
Getting there
The home overlooks Gangapur Dam. The property page also refers to the villa as lakefront and says Sula Vineyards is minutes away.
