## About the house

The open-plan lounge has underfloor heating, a log burner and a Wi-Fi-connected Smart TV for guests' own Netflix and Amazon accounts. A basket of wood and kindling is provided, with additional wood available from the log store. The kitchen has an oven with grill, electric hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cookware and storage. Dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, tea towels, milk, tea, sugar, ground coffee and a cafetiere are provided. The dining table seats eight. Both bedrooms have an open wardrobe, mirror and hair dryer. Bedding includes cotton sheets, a 10-tog microfibre duvet and two microfibre pillows per person. The upstairs family bathroom has a bath with shower over, sink, mirror and toilet; the downstairs shower room has a large walk-in shower, sink, mirror and toilet. Towels and face cloths are provided. The private patio garden has a four-foot fence and hedge, a BBQ, outdoor dining and lighting. Family equipment available includes travel cots, high chairs, a baby bath, bottle steriliser, a stair gate at the top of the stairs, a baby monitor, toys, books, games and plastic tableware.

Children aged two and under do not count towards the total guest count. Include a note about them in the booking comments so equipment can be provided. Arrival and departure days are flexible. The usual minimum stay is three nights, sometimes increasing to seven nights; outside summer it is often two nights.
