The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Up to one dog is permitted with approval and a pet fee; cats are not allowed. Undisclosed pets may incur a $500 fine per pet. Notify AvantStay about registered service animals or emotional support animals. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning fee plus responsibility for smoking-related damages beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
Canal Street traffic, streetcars, music and nearby nightlife may cause street noise, especially during weekends, parades and city events. Paid parking is in nearby garages and lots within a short walk. The French Quarter is a few blocks away. Assigned unit numbers may differ from those shown; layout, occupancy and overall features will match the reservation. Views, layout and design may vary.
