The house

The apartment accommodates six guests in a leafy neighbourhood north of Sydney's CBD. Large windows and sliding doors connect the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas with harbour and city views. The lounge has a sofa, armchairs and a large flat-screen TV, and the dining table seats eight.

The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and utensils; a coffee maker is also available. The balconies provide outdoor seating, including two table-and-chair settings and a barbecue. A dedicated workspace in the open-plan living area overlooks the city and water.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and large windows with plantation shutters. There are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub, with soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer available. A washing machine, dryer and iron are provided. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available.

Free street parking is available around the clock; there is no parking on the property. A fire extinguisher, first aid kit and smoke detector are provided.
