What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00 every day, and check-out is before 10:00.
How is key collection arranged?
Guests are asked to provide their plane or ship number and arrival time one week before arrival. Outside office hours, keys are left in a safety box. A paid meet-and-greet check-in option is available for arrivals between 15:00 and 19:00.
Is air conditioning included?
Air conditioning uses a pay-as-you-go coin-box system with €1 and €2 coins.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on request, subject to a maximum weight of 25 kg; dangerous-breed dogs are not allowed.
