No smoking. No pets, including short visits; violations may result in termination of tenancy. Parking is limited to six vehicles, and Ocean Crest does not allow on-street parking, RVs, boats or trailers. Check-in and check-out are on Sunday.
Getting there
The home is semi-oceanfront, one lot from the beach, with ocean views and Ocean Crest Beach Access just steps away. The layout spans Levels 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3. Ocean Crest prohibits on-street parking, RVs, boats and trailers.
