# The Happy Crab Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 12 guests with four king beds and four twin beds, and has four full bathrooms. Level 1 has the entry, a full-size refrigerator and an ice maker; laundry is on Level 1.5. Level 2 has two ensuite bedrooms and three additional bedrooms. One king ensuite includes a sitting area and deck access; the other ensuite has four twin beds. Both ensuite bathrooms have shower/tub combinations. The remaining king bedrooms include one with a private deck and two with deck access. A shared bathroom on Level 2 has a shower/tub combination, and the Level 2.5 bathroom has a standing shower. Level 3 contains the great room with a gas fireplace, kitchen and dining area. The private pool and lanai include shaded seating and an outdoor Smart TV. The area beneath the home has chairs, ping pong and two outdoor showers, one with a toilet. The grounds include a sandy cornhole area and a horseshoe pit. Ocean Crest community facilities include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts and beach access. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Other facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, streaming TV, a gas grill, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The home has municipal water. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027. Ocean Crest prohibits on-street parking, RVs, boats and trailers. No smoking. No pets, including short visits; violations may result in termination of tenancy.
