This light-filled beach home has spacious decking and easy access to the beach and Duck Village. Level 2 contains a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets, a bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a sitting area and laundry. Level 3 contains another queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a great room, kitchen, dining area and sun room.

Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets are provided. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender and toaster. A washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture, charcoal grill, outdoor shower and five beach chairs are available. Streaming TV is new for 2027. Parking accommodates three vehicles.
