House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. A £1000 security deposit is required. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in receives a 50% refund; cancellation less than 30 days before check-in receives no refund.
Getting there
The entrance is on the raised ground floor, the kitchen and family space are on the lower ground floor, and bedrooms are on the first and second floors. The attic is private and unavailable to guests.
