A double-height living room with walls of glass connects through a glass-enclosed breezeway to a separate family room. The open layout includes a dining room and a well-stocked kitchen with appliances, preparation space, a microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. A usable wood-burning fireplace, heating, central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. The partially covered back deck offers outdoor dining, patio furniture, an umbrella and a gas grill. The private heated freshwater outdoor pool has surrounding lounge seating and a fence; the yard is also fenced. Two queen bedrooms are on the main floor, with three additional bedrooms upstairs: two queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds. All five bedrooms have air conditioning.
