House rules
Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks parties. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Pets are strictly prohibited unless the property is advertised as ‘Pets Welcome’. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.

Lorne town centre is a 10-minute walk away. The driveway is shared; watch for cars.
