## About the house

The Gentry accommodates up to 15 guests across three levels with nearly 4,000 square feet of living space. An elevator serves every floor. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen with a large island, a dining area, and a living room with a sectional sofa and smart TV. Heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are available.

The main floor has a king suite with a private bathroom and smart TV. The middle floor has another king suite with a spa-like bathroom and an oversized balcony with a hanging daybed. Two additional king bedrooms share a bathroom and have front-facing balconies. The top floor has a bunk room, a queen bedroom and a game room with shuffleboard, board games and a gaming nook with a dedicated smart TV for consoles.

Outside, the private outdoor pool has water features. There is an outdoor kitchen and four custom-built swings. A covered deck overlooking the pool includes dining for eight, an outdoor living area and a pool table. Balconies offer ocean views. Outdoor parking is limited to four cars, with space in the garage for two additional smaller vehicles.
