The apartment has an entrance hallway and a living room with a double sofa bed and dining table. A separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and toaster.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a small balcony overlooking Via Cervello, with views toward Via Lincoln and the Villa Giulia Gardens. There are two bathrooms with showers; the guest bathroom beside the living room has no bidet. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television and a hairdryer are provided.

The apartment is on the third floor without a lift, in a restricted traffic zone. Nearby parking lots are recommended for leaving a car while exploring the historic center on foot. Construction sites, bars and gathering places may cause noise during the day and at night. Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is 33 km away, and Palermo Central Station is 3 km away.
