House rules
The minimum age to rent is 25. No smoking, pets or parties. Children and infants are welcome. After booking confirmation, a pre-check-in form must be completed to confirm identity and booking details, including an official photographic identification document. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before check-in receives a 50% refund, subject to the full cancellation policy.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor. The bathroom can only be accessed by walking through the principal bedroom. The second bed is the pull-out sofa in the living room.
