The house

The home accommodates four guests. A heritage-tiled entry sitting nook leads to a living room with a sofa, curated bookshelf, TV with Netflix and an electric fireplace. Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection are available. Portable fans and underfloor ducted heating provide seasonal comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen has mint cabinetry, a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, full-sized fridge, dishwasher and Breville espresso machine. The adjoining dining area has a long wooden table. Outside, a covered deck provides an outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ, with a private garden path through native trees and flowerbeds.

Both bedrooms have queen beds, built-in wardrobes and gentle lighting. The primary bedroom also has a window bench overlooking the garden. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet. A dedicated laundry contains a washer and dryer.

The home has a private entrance and one driveway parking spot, with timed street parking nearby. Local cafés, Darling Gardens and a train connection to the city are close by. Potential noise may occur during stays.
