What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. After-hours check-in is available by arrangement; late check-out is available on request.
Is parking free?
Free parking is available directly outside the room. There are also more than 20 dedicated truck parks for heavy vehicles, at no charge.
Are pets allowed?
Well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement. A $20 fee applies per stay; please advise when booking.
Do rooms have a kitchen?
Every room has a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, stovetop, toaster, kettle and cookware.
How far is the motel from Hawera town centre?
The motel is 2 km from Hawera town centre.
Are weekly or long-stay rates available?
Weekly and extended-stay rates are available for contractors and long-term guests.
Can trucks and heavy vehicles park here?
There are more than 20 dedicated truck parks suitable for B-trains and semis, with pull-in access directly off State Highway 3.
What is the cancellation policy?
Standard bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival for a full refund. Group and long-stay booking terms differ.
