House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation terms provide a full refund at least 30 days before check-in and a 50% refund less than 30 days before check-in.
Getting there
The bedrooms are on the ground floor, while the kitchen and living space are downstairs on the lower ground floor. Bedroom 1 connects to the garden via external stairs.
