The house

Whether you prefer a quiet, relaxing vacation or want to get out and explore the town, the Four Seas is the home for you! Remodeled during the fall of 2017, this family and child-friendly home now includes handicap-friendly features. The Four Seas has many features including an entrance to the house on the bottom level, elevator, handicap-friendly ensuite bedroom and bathroom, game area, kitchen, great room that has an area for watching TV and an area for those who want to just hang out.

The entrance to the large screened-in porch has been modified to be handicap-friendly with a ramp onto the porch. The upstairs ensuite bathroom has been enlarged. In addition, the house now offers a handicap-friendly outside shower near the pool. New flooring was installed throughout the entire home. Take a short walk to the beach or to Duck Village for some shopping, or splash around in the spacious private saltwater pool. Enjoy evenings on the screened porch, either relaxing or playing a game of cards.
