## About the house

The home accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms with three full bathrooms. Level 1 has a king ensuite with a roll-in shower and roll-under sink, a game area and laundry. Level 2 has a king ensuite with a standing shower, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a separate full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The great room includes TV-watching and sitting areas, alongside the kitchen and dining area.

Remodeled in fall 2017, the home has a bottom-level entrance, an elevator, a ramp onto the large screened porch, an enlarged upstairs ensuite bathroom and an accessible-feature outdoor shower near the pool. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant, and access may require steps or thresholds.

Outdoor facilities include a private 16-by-36-foot saltwater pool, outdoor furniture, a gas grill, a basketball hoop and five beach chairs. The pool opens April 25–October 9 in 2026 and April 24–October 8 in 2027. Indoor amenities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, multiple TVs, a washer and dryer, and an iron and ironing board. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. Municipal water is supplied.

Bed and bath linens are not provided; pillows and blankets are provided. The Welcome Program supplies an arrival starter kit with paper towels, dish soap and a trash bag in an insulated cooler bag, plus hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Guests supply additional paper products, trash bags and soaps for their stay.

The beach and Duck Village shopping are a short walk away. Parking is limited to four vehicles. Accessibility features include a bottom-level entrance, elevator, porch ramp, roll-in shower and roll-under sink. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access. Bed and bath linens are not provided. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.

No pets and no smoking. Saturday check-in and checkout. Guests must supply bed and bath linens and replenish their own paper products, trash bags and soaps after the arrival starter supplies. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Never enter the elevator hoistway or operate the elevator if its locking system malfunctions or the ride or sounds are abnormal; do not attempt repairs.
