The apartment accommodates three guests and is on the fourth floor. An elevator serves the building, but one floor of stairs must still be climbed to reach the entrance.

The boat-inspired living area has a dining table, two sofas, a TV and access to a balcony with outdoor furniture. One sofa converts into a single bed. The attic bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a shower stall and hairdryer.

The open kitchen includes an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.

Rapallo train station is 950 m away, and Genoa airport is less than an hour's drive away.

Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies with local regulations, and reservation information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
