The bathroom has double sinks, toiletries and towels; laundry and ironing facilities are in the top-floor hallway.
Downstairs, high windows bring natural light into the living area, which has a couch, TV and courtyard views. The private courtyard has greenery and seating. The kitchen includes a Smeg oven, microwave/grill, induction cooktop, coffee maker, Furi knives and Scanpan cookware. A large dining table and breakfast bar provide space for meals or work.
