The apartment accommodates two guests, with the bedroom and bathroom on the entry level and the living area downstairs. The bedroom has a king bed, linen, built-in storage, blackout curtains and local artwork. Triple-glazed doors and windows help reduce noise. The bathroom has double sinks, toiletries and towels; laundry and ironing facilities are in the top-floor hallway.

Downstairs, high windows bring natural light into the living area, which has a couch, TV and courtyard views. The private courtyard has greenery and seating. The kitchen includes a Smeg oven, microwave/grill, induction cooktop, coffee maker, Furi knives and Scanpan cookware. A large dining table and breakfast bar provide space for meals or work. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, dryer and hair dryer are available.

South Eveleigh’s dining, bars and shopping are nearby, and Redfern Station and Green Square transport links are a short walk away. Free street parking is first-come, first-served, with no parking on the property. Shared spaces are present.

The building is undergoing long-term maintenance and renovation, and some apartment areas may show cosmetic wear. Construction noise, including sustained drilling and banging, may occur on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with no work in the evenings or on weekends. Neighbours and light street activity may also be audible. Portable dehumidifiers are provided.
