House rules
Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the number of guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; contact management if it changes. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Photo shoots require a request.
Getting there
Lorne is a 15-minute drive away. The Great Ocean Road, Otway National Park, Forrest and Birregurra are within a short drive. Parking is limited to four car spaces.
