The house

The home has three living areas across two levels: a front sitting room with a TV beside a dedicated workspace, a rear living area with sofas, a gas fireplace and a large TV, and an upstairs reading and relaxation area. A queen sofa bed in the upstairs living area is available on request for an additional fee.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, microwave, walk-in pantry and a large island with stools. A long dining table sits beside wide windows. The covered outdoor entertaining area has a dining setting and a built-in cooking area with a sink and gas BBQ. A private hot tub overlooks the fully fenced backyard, and there is a fire pit.

All four bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private balcony and an ensuite with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The family bathroom has a freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower; a downstairs powder room is beside the laundry.

Central heating and cooling are supplemented by split-system air conditioning and heating in the downstairs living area. Facilities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, EV charging, a two-car garage and driveway parking for three vehicles. The property has a private entrance and garden views.
