When is support available?
Communication availability is from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. The team will do its best to answer messages outside those hours. In emergencies, guests may call at any time. If staff are not on site, the team will do everything possible to assist remotely until they can arrive in person. Please remember that you are staying in an apartment, not a hotel, and treat the space with respect. Problems will be addressed as soon as possible, but no one lives on site 24/7.
