House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is 10. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Minimum stays are five nights from October 27–December 25, 2026; seven nights from December 26, 2026–January 2, 2027; five nights from January 3–December 16, 2027; seven nights from December 17, 2027–January 1, 2028; and five nights from January 2–March 31, 2028.
Getting there
Four-wheel drive is required during winter. Ousel Falls Park is a five-minute walk away; Big Sky Town Center is a three-minute drive away. Big Sky Resort is 20 minutes away and Yellowstone National Park is roughly one hour away. Nearby Spanish Peaks and Yellowstone Club access is for guests with club membership privileges. Community improvements may involve construction, traffic delays or unanticipated noise.
