## About the house

The Falls has four bedrooms, five beds and six full bathrooms. The open-concept great room has high ceilings, expansive windows, a stacked-stone wood-burning fireplace, a sectional, a reading chair and a large TV. A separate sitting area opens onto a wraparound deck surrounded by evergreen trees. The deck has a propane grill, a six-seat patio table, a private hot tub and an outdoor fireplace.

The kitchen has high-end appliances, spacious countertops and a three-stool breakfast bar. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster; cooking basics, dishes and silverware are provided. There is a six-seat indoor dining table and a small writer’s desk.

On the main level, the primary bedroom has a king bed, private deck access and a private bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub. A second bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms with private shower bathrooms: one has a queen bed and the other has two full beds. The upstairs loft has two leather sofas, a large TV and a Peloton bike.

The home has a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, heating, on-site parking and a garage. Bed linens, towels and starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials are provided. There is no air conditioning. Ousel Falls Park is a five-minute walk away, and Big Sky Town Center is a three-minute drive away. Spanish Peaks and Yellowstone Club are nearby for guests with club membership privileges.

Community improvements may involve construction, traffic delays or unanticipated noise.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 10. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Minimum stays are five nights from October 27–December 25, 2026; seven nights from December 26, 2026–January 2, 2027; five nights from January 3–December 16, 2027; seven nights from December 17, 2027–January 1, 2028; and five nights from January 2–March 31, 2028.
