The Eyrie accommodates up to eight guests across two floors. Ground-floor and upper-floor lounges provide separate living areas, with a TV and wood fireplace in the lower lounge. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spa room, balconies and a deck with a BBQ. Linen is provided. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, oven, stove and toaster. An internal laundry includes a washer and dryer; an iron is available. Hot water and smoke detectors are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Professional management includes 24/7 support from a local team.

Live Wire Park Lorne is 1.4 km away, Qdos Fine Arts is 1.7 km away, and Teddy's Lookout is 2.6 km away. The home has ground-floor and upper-floor accommodation. The ground floor has a bathroom with shower and vanity and a separate toilet; the upper-floor king bedroom has an ensuite.

No smoking or pets. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use and only for the number of guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count, and changes must be reported. Treat the home respectfully and follow the house rules. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Peak periods may require changes to stay dates.
