What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Early arrivals may use the pool and play areas while their room is being prepared.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are allowed in selected rooms. A supplement of £15 per dog per night applies, and limits on pets per room apply. The on-site self-service dog wash is available from 7am to 10pm for £8 per session; contactless payments only.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
What dining options are available?
The Cove Restaurant serves modern British and European cuisine using locally sourced Cornish produce. The Elements Cocktail Bar has a terrace. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available when requested in advance.
Is parking available, and are there EV charging points?
On-site parking is available, but spaces can be limited. Chargeable reserved parking must be added at booking for the entire stay. EV charging stations are available on the premises but cannot be reserved.
How close is the hotel to Fistral Beach and Newquay town centre?
Fistral Beach is a few minutes’ walk away. Newquay town centre is within a short walk or drive.
Are surf lessons available?
Guests can access discounted lessons at the on-site Quiksilver Surf School on Fistral Beach.
What leisure facilities are available?
Facilities include a heated indoor pool, children’s pool, hot tub, sauna, 30-seat cinema room, and indoor and outdoor play areas.
