## About the house

The furnished apartment has an open-plan living area opening onto a large north-facing balcony with outdoor seating and space for alfresco dining. Lift access serves the apartment. Currimundi Lake, the surf beach, walking trails and playgrounds are just steps away.

The main bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third has a queen bed. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, full bathtub and toilet; the ensuite has a walk-in shower and toilet.

Facilities include a shared outdoor swimming pool, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, TV with cable channels, a washer and a kitchen with cookware, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. One free parking space is available in the secure underground carpark. Towels and toiletries are provided. Linen is provided and beds are made for bookings made after 26 September 2025.

Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Long-term stays are also allowed. After-hours key collection is available via a secure lockbox at the office’s arcade-side entrance.
