Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability and charges. Children stay free using existing bedding; children may use the pool when accompanied by a parent or adult. The spa, health club and hydrothermal facilities are restricted to guests aged 16 and over. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before arrival. No-shows and late cancellations are charged one night's accommodation including taxes; during high occupancy, the full number of nights will be charged.
Getting there
The hotel is in Nakasero, Kampala's business and embassy quarter. The business district is five minutes away; the hotel also describes it as close enough to walk to a breakfast meeting. Chauffeured airport transfer is available on request; it is complimentary on stays of more than one week.
