The house

The living and dining area has whitewashed exposed beams, rooftop windows, natural wood tones and a beige-and-white palette. A dining table and double sofa bed provide space for meals and additional guests.

The fully equipped kitchen is concealed behind smooth cabinetry within the open-plan living space. Equipment includes a dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware.

The bedroom sits beneath the eaves and has a double bed, wooden flooring and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath with shower and a sink set into a spacious countertop; there is also a separate toilet. A separate office room provides a quiet space for remote work.

The apartment has central heating, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels and bed linen. There is no television. It is on the fifth floor without an elevator.
