## About the house

The 4,042-square-foot residence has four full bathrooms, a living room with a stone fireplace, and a private balcony with mountain views. Three bedrooms have king beds and one has a queen bed.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. A dining table, washer, dryer, heating, air conditioning, bed linens, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. A bathtub and garage are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Skiing and town are within walking access, and the gondola at Mountain Village core is very close. Ski shuttle service and ski valet are offered. Up to two days of access to the Peaks Resort amenities, including its spa, gym, pool and hot tub, are included. Additional day passes may be purchased through the Reservation Team at an additional cost.

Long-term stays are allowed. Stays exceeding eight days require a paid In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team; stays exceeding thirty nights require additional paid cleaning.

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days before arrival. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team arranges an In-Stay Refresh and collects payment. Additional paid cleaning is arranged for stays exceeding thirty nights. Early check-in or late checkout requires text-message authorization from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and is subject to availability.
