The apartment is surrounded by a private courtyard. Its living area has a TV, bookcase and double sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dining table, with a dishwasher also available.
One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has two single beds. The bathroom facilities comprise one bathroom with a bidet and shower and a separate half bathroom. A hairdryer, washer, dryer, iron, heating and free Wi-Fi are available.
The entrance is accessed from floor -2, although the apartment itself occupies a high-floor position. One of Genoa's historic elevators connects it with the city center. Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive away, and Genoa Brignole train station is approximately a 10-minute drive away.
