The house

The Curated Parisian occupies 175 square metres on the top floor of a typical Parisian apartment building. Its interiors feature artwork, a spiral staircase, architectural arches, ornate ceiling cornicing and furnished living areas with large windows. A terrace and an elevator are available.

The primary suite has a queen-size bed, an ensuite and views across the 7th Arrondissement. The second guestroom has a double bed, an ensuite and a work area. Fans are provided in all bedrooms between May and September. Air conditioning is available.

The kitchen and dining area include an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, television and a sound system. Free internet is available.

The apartment is five minutes from the Eiffel Tower and close to a market, bakeries, delicatessens, cafés, restaurants, galleries and boutiques. Some aspects of the apartment offer glimpses of Les Invalides. Children and infants are welcome.
