The house

The Coulter House has period architectural details, high ceilings and wood accents. The formal living and music room contains a grand piano, alongside a sunroom, multiple lounges, a dedicated office and a formal dining room seating eight. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a large island, a butler’s pantry and a breakfast nook, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and small kitchen appliances.

The primary suite has a queen bed, spa-style ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and private deck. Guest bedrooms 2 through 5 have king beds; bedroom 4 also has a sofa bed. Bedroom 2 has a balcony with partial ocean views, bedroom 3 has garden and partial ocean views, and bedroom 4 has garden views. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have space for a crib or Pack and Play. Additional sleeping accommodation is in the Piano Room. All six bedrooms have no air conditioning.

The upper-level family den has a billiards table, arcade games and a wet bar. A movie lounge, smart TV, toys and CD player provide additional entertainment. The private courtyard has pergola dining, a BBQ, firepit and hot tub, with landscaping, multiple patios, a private yard and outdoor seating. The upper deck has panoramic Pacific Ocean views.

Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, a Pack and Play, heating and a fireplace are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. The home has a private entrance and outdoor lighting. Children are welcome, and long-term stays are also allowed.
