The single-level home sleeps four and has a private entrance, vaulted ceilings, island-inspired artwork, custom shelving and large windows overlooking the Pacific. The living room has a smart TV with cable, a queen sleeper sofa, ocean views and access to the lanai. The primary bedroom has a California King bed, ocean views, a ceiling fan, built-in desk, flatscreen TV and direct lanai access.

The remodeled kitchen and refreshed bathroom feature granite counters and warm wood cabinetry. The kitchen includes full-size appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, rice cooker, kettle and ice machine. A barbecue is also available. Indoor dining connects to an oversized lanai with outdoor dining, multiple lounging areas and shade structures. A private yard has tropical plantings, and the oceanfront setting offers sunset views and opportunities to watch dolphins and seasonal whales offshore.

Facilities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a laptop-friendly workspace, beach towels and free parking. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Linens, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are provided. Self check-in/check-out and a smart lock are available. Safety equipment includes a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, deadbolt lock, outdoor lighting and security cameras.

Kahaluʻu Beach State Park is within walking distance for snorkeling. Downtown Kailua-Kona dining, cafés and shops, Hulihe‘e Palace, Mokuaikaua Church, Kailua Pier and Kona farmers market are a short drive away. A car is recommended. The property is approved for short-term vacation rental use; longer stays may also be available by inquiry.
