House rules
Fixed Rate bookings require full payment to confirm and are non-refundable. Flexible Rate bookings require a 25% deposit to confirm; the initial deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due seven days before arrival and is non-refundable once paid. Flexible Rate bookings may be cancelled up to seven days before arrival with no additional penalty; cancellations received less than seven days before arrival are not refundable. An additional guest may use the Turret’s double Murphy bed for an extra charge.
