The house

The ground-floor kitchen is arranged around a large island, with double ovens, an electric hob and ample counter space. A dining table seats eight beside glass doors overlooking the walled garden. The garden has climbing roses, a rear seating area and a secluded spot that catches the morning sun. The garden studio is private and locked. A lower-ground-floor laundry room has a washer and dryer.

The first-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and an armchair. Its en-suite bathroom has a roll-top bath, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The separate study on this floor remains locked. Three double bedrooms occupy the second floor: one overlooks the garden and two overlook the quiet street. They share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink and toilet.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi advertised as high speed, a desk, central heating, a TV and smart TV. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. Towels, bed linen, pillows, soap, toilet paper, cleaning products, hangers, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board are provided.
