## About the house

The terrace has an open-plan living area with sofas and a TV for streaming, oak floors and a six-seat dining table. The fireplace is not functional. Heating and air conditioning serve all bedrooms and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a gas stovetop, microwave and coffee maker.

A second dining room overlooks the garden and has a cushioned bay seat, a four-seat table and a reading chair. French doors open to a private courtyard with a feature-lit lawn, bamboo backdrop, alfresco dining and an electric BBQ.

The upstairs main bedroom has a queen bed, full-sized wardrobe and small private balcony. The semi-open second bedroom on the top floor has a queen bed, skylights and a reading nook with books. The third bedroom doubles as an office and has a double sofa bed and dedicated workspace. Sofa-bed setup must be requested in advance and carries an additional $80 fee.

Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. Facilities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron, private entrance and free driveway parking for one car. A fire extinguisher, first aid kit and smoke detector are provided. Central Station is a 15-minute walk away, and The Beresford’s Beer Garden is a four-minute walk away, with Woolworths next door to it.
