The Clever Cactus has three sleeping suites, four bathrooms, two full kitchens and two living areas. Two king suites are in the main house; the attached casita has its own sleeping suite, private bathroom, kitchen and living space. Designed by H3K, the home features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TVs, granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances and a gas range. The private backyard has a saltwater pool, spa, fire pit lounge, plumbed gas barbecue with a prep area, and a covered dining pavilion with mountain and garden views. Palms, citrus trees and mature ficus hedging surround the yard.
