House rules
A two-night minimum applies, with some exceptions. Eligible one-night standalone stays incur a surcharge of $65 for Thursday–Saturday or $38 for Sunday–Wednesday, in either high or off season. Check-in is 14:30–20:30; other arrival times require prior arrangement. Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are subject to the one-dog, under-20-pound limit, prior approval, and use of the owner's own crate. Smoking, vaping, candles, and incense are not allowed in the house. Violations incur professional smoke-cleaning charges at a minimum of $50 per hour, plus a fee for room business lost during cleaning. A $75 deposit per room per night is required at booking. Cancellation up to 31 days before arrival returns the deposit less a $75 processing fee; cancellation 30–15 days before arrival forfeits the deposit; within 14 days, full payment is required. If a cancelled room is rebooked, only the deposit is at risk. Guests are responsible for damage or missing items. A $125 charge applies if room keys are not returned within 14 days. A 13% H.S.T. and 4% Stratford Accommodation Tax apply.
