Flat 2 is a modern studio within an aparthotel on a quiet, tree-lined street. It overlooks the street and has a UK king-size bed, decorative fireplace, walk-in closet, sofa, armchair and dining seating for two. The dining table can also be used as a workspace. Television facilities include Freeview, cable and smart TV, and the apartment has heating and a portable air-conditioning unit.

The private kitchen includes a fridge, cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware, crockery, cutlery and wine glasses. The marble bathroom has a bathtub with a rainfall shower, storage and a heated towel bar. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and cleaning supplies are provided.
