## About the house

The bright sitting room has a sofa that converts to a single bed for an extra guest, a smart TV and a dining table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed and storage. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, a WC and a sink. A washing machine and tumble dryer are in a hallway cupboard. Central heating, free Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, cleaning products, towels, bed linen and basic toiletries are provided.

Veeve provides a personal arrival welcome, professional cleaning and hotel-quality linens and towels, with complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund.
