The open-plan living area includes a sofa, TV, desk for remote work, and a dining table with chairs for two. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, with cookware, utensils, crockery, a kettle and toaster. Central heating, a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided.

The guest bedroom is at the back of the apartment and has a king-size bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. A second bedroom is kept private and is not available to guests. The bathroom has a shower over the bathtub, WC and sink. Essentials include towels, pillows, bed linen, soap and toilet paper; a hair dryer is also provided.
