The house

The terrace combines classic features with contemporary interiors. The living area has sofas and a wall-hung TV; its fireplace is decorative and not functional. The dining table can also be used for working on a laptop. A full kitchen includes appliances, cooking utensils, a microwave and a coffee maker.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and each has one queen-sized bed. The primary bedroom opens through French doors onto a balcony. Portable fans and heaters are provided in the primary bedroom. The full bathroom has a claw-foot tub, and complimentary boutique toiletries are provided.

The courtyard and leafy garden offer alfresco seating and dining. The home has a private entrance, Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer and iron. Nearby food and cultural options include Carriageworks Farmers’ Market, The Grounds and Three Blue Ducks.

The stairs are steep and require extra care. Noise may occur during stays, and there is no parking on the property.
