House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. A single bed on the mezzanine accommodates the third guest. Baby cots and high chairs are available to hire, subject to availability. Standard check-in is 15:00–21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00 incur an additional fee. Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than 30 days before check-in receives a 50% refund, subject to the full cancellation policy.
Getting there
Some staircases are open and have no handrails. The top-floor bedroom windows provide access to a roof without railings; take care. The owner lives in a separate ground-floor studio.
