The open-plan living area has wooden floors, exposed brickwork, a large sofa, a wood burner and a dining table seating six. A glass curtain wall beside the kitchen opens onto a roof terrace for outdoor dining. The home has double-height ceilings and an open staircase.

The top-floor bedroom has a queen-size four-poster bed and a standalone bathtub. A single bed on the mezzanine accommodates an extra guest. Bathroom facilities include double steam showers, and the home has a steam room. The owner lives in a separate ground-floor studio.

The kitchen includes a cooker, hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee-making equipment, crockery and cutlery. Other facilities include central heating, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, smart TV, hair dryer, toiletries, towels and bed linen. Free wireless internet is available.

Standard check-in is 15:00–21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00 incur an additional fee. Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than 30 days before check-in receives a 50% refund, subject to the full cancellation policy.
