The apartment has an open-plan kitchen and dining area downstairs, with a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and a four-seater dining table. The living area has a sofa, TV, reading material, and split-system heating and air conditioning. Glass doors open to a private outdoor space, and the apartment includes a private balcony.
The upstairs first bedroom has a king-size bed and portable heater. The downstairs second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have bedside tables, reading lamps and mirrored built-in wardrobes. The bathroom includes a shower, vanity, complimentary toiletries and a private washing machine. A hair dryer, iron and Wi-Fi are available.
Basic sundries are provided initially but are not replenished. Sydney Road’s eateries and trams are a 10-minute stroll away; Royal Park and Melbourne Zoo are a 20-minute walk away.
