The house

The house has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with high ceilings, coastal-inspired furnishings, a large couch and a TV. Ceiling fans and air conditioning run throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave and coffee maker, with a four-seat dining table. A BBQ and generous undercover patio provide outdoor dining and poolside seating.

Upstairs, the loft-style primary bedroom overlooks the lounge and has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has two king single beds that can be converted into a king bed on request at no extra charge. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet. Downstairs are a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a half bathroom off the carport.

Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace in the living area, a private entrance and free on-site parking for two cars are available. Cots, high chairs and extra children's beds are available for an additional fee when requested three days before arrival. Sunset Beach and the foreshore are a one-minute drive away; Darwin Golf Club and the CBD are less than 10 minutes away.
